Stroganoff

1 1/2 lbs hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1/2 t pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
2 c. sour cream
1 t garlic salt

Brown burger with onion; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Heat through. Serve over noodles or baked potatoes.
