Crust - cut in:
1 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/3 c. shortening
add: 3-4 T. cold water
Roll and form in dish.
Filling:
5 sliced apples
1 T. cinnamon
1/3 c. flour
1 t. allspice
shake of ginger & nutmeg
Bake 375 for 20-30 min.
