Green Salsa

10-15 tomatillos- chopped (reserve 1 c.)

COOK for 15 minutes:
1/4 t. salt
3 t. water
3 cloves chopped garlic

Add rest of chopped tomatillos
2 chopped jalapenos
1/4 c. cilantro

Serve warm or cold with tortilla chips
